Opening Hours: Daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please note that the palace complex is strictly closed on Mondays.
Audio Guide Security: The official palace audio guide application requires your smartphone. Please ensure your phone is fully charged and that you bring your own personal earphones/headphones.
Security & Dress Code: All visitors must pass through a mandatory airport-style security checkpoint. Large luggage, tripods, and professional video equipment are not allowed inside. Casual respectful clothing is fine, but protective shoe covers (provided free) must be worn indoors.
Photography Rule: To preserve the historic art, crystal chandeliers, and gold-leaf ceilings, taking photos or videos inside the palace rooms is strictly prohibited.
